Import Trace
Paste output from pathping, tracert, traceroute or mtr run on your own machine, and enrich every hop with reverse DNS, ASN and location.
Live query
Step 1 — run the trace on your own machine
Replace example.com with the host you want to reach, then copy the whole output.
pathping -n -q 20 example.comrecommendedBest option: reports per-hop packet loss as well as latency. Takes about a minute.
tracert -d example.comFaster, but reports latency only — no loss figures.
Why this is a paste box rather than a button
A web page cannot run a traceroute. Browsers expose no raw sockets and no control over the IP TTL, which is what hop discovery depends on, so the trace has to be produced by a tool on your own machine. NetMatrix then does the part the native tools do not: reverse DNS, origin ASN and geolocation for every hop.
